"Hariolus sole proprietorship" was founded by Charles Anderson in 2005. Prior to becoming established as the governance of the sole proprietorship of its business family, between 2005 and 2010; it was a dormant company with no commercial activities. In October 2010, Hariolus was legally registered, its name changed to Hariolus Enterprises Inc. and also changed its business strategy by specializing in Investment, Management, Marketing, Optimization and Solution, focusing on real estate and other alternative asset classes.

Hariolus, etymologically is derived from the Latin word Haruspex. In Roman and Etruscan religious practice, a Haruspex was a man trained to practice a form of divination called haruspicy, hepatoscopy or hepatomancy.
